North Point: Wonderful lake frontage with panoramic views of Lake Memphremagog. Ten acres of privacy on dead-end road, with one's own private sandy beach and cooling deep waters.
Cottage can accommodate 4-5 people comfortably in queen bed in suite downstairs, and upstairs through spiral staircase to a full-size bed and twin day bed. One bathroom with shower, kitchenette with all amenities except dishwasher. There is a telephone, TV, DVD,. North Point also includes another propane fireplace in the kitchenette area, picture windows to enjoy the 180° views, wraparound deck. There is also a propane grill, 20' awning to be in the shade, ceiling fans and air conditioner for the muggy days. Enjoy cooling Magog waters to swim in or fish, kayak, canoe available. Pets allowed.
There are shops, antiquing, restaurants, movie theaters. Jay Peak and Newport Country Club have golf courses and more. On Sundays one can kayak, row or motor boat, and dock at the East Side restaurants for a wonderful brunch.
Autumn is wonderful for peaceful walks, hikes, fishing, biking on the bike trails on the west side of the lake, enjoying the warm cozy fire pit beside the deck and so much more.
Winter = Jay Peak ski resort, Owl's Head and Burke Mountain
