Stayclass is designed to allow those seeking vacation rental housing in or near Vermont ("users") to review rental properties, rental terms, and general rental information ("content") offered by property owners, rental agencies, and property managers ("rental advertisers").
Stayclass has not inspected or visited the rental properties advertised on this site and makes no guarantee or warranty that the properties are accurately portrayed in the rental photos or descriptions, and is not responsible for any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions.
Users must conduct their own research regarding properties they are considering renting. Users should contact the rental advertisers directly—by e-mail, phone, fax, or postal mail—to ask questions and make reservations.
Rental advertisers set their own rental deposit, security deposit, refund, and/or cancellation policies. Stayclass is not responsible for the refund of any rental fees for any reason.
Rental advertisers pay to appear on this site as they would in a newspaper’s classified advertising section. Stayclass makes no commission on vacation rentals arranged by users of this site. Stayclass is not a party to any contractual arrangements reached by users and rental advertisers and hereby denies any liability under any such contracts.
Users of this site may not do any of the following without the prior written consent of Stayclass:
- Use Stayclass in any way other than to review rental properties and make legitimate inquiries about renting their properties to rental advertisers. Using our site and e-mail inquiry service to solicit from the rental advertisers any business other than rental of their properties is specifically prohibited.
- Post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material, or otherwise violate any law.
- Copy, reproduce, upload, post, display, republish, distribute, transmit any part of the content in any form without permission from Stayclass. The only exception is that users may print out one copy, for their personal noncommercial use, of any pages describing properties they are renting or considering renting.
By using or continuing to use Stayclass, you agree to the terms and conditions of this disclaimer. If you do not agree or are dissatisfied with the services of this website, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using this service.
This disclaimer shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Vermont, and any and all disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of Vermont.
