The Kitchen has a large island, for entertaining, and the micro-wave is mounted in the island for accessibility. The home is located on 2 open acres and is 2 miles from the center of Manchester and only a 12 minute drive to Bromley Mountain, 10 min drive, 20 min drive to Stratton, both offer downhill skiing and snowboarding in the winter and Bromley offers a family fun park in the summer. Manchester offers shopping, as well as street vendors to fine dining. The open floor plan allows for wonderful entertaining and gathering for meals, while everyone has their own private suite. Pricing
We are now a 1 month minimum rental property, at $9,000.00 a month plus $500 refundable security deposit, and a 350-$450 cleaning fee. We rent weekly in the shoulder seasons of Late Oct to Mid Dec. and Late March till end of May.
Weekly rate is $3550.00 Plus 13% Vermont rooms tax for up to 10 adults + $350-$450 cleaning fee We allow One dog of 40 Lbs or less, as we have hardwood floors on the main level pet fee of $100.00 per stay
Our rates include, heat, electric, plowing in the winter and mowing in the summer. Trash & recycling removal, & firewood for the outdoor fire pit. Our housekeeper is available to clean, during your seasonal rental. When you use and pay for her to clean, we will renew the supplies of TP, Paper towels, shampoo, conditioner etc. Questions, I love questions send me an e-mail
