Be advised this rental is a dangerously walk to the local creemee (ice cream) stand.

This is a 3BR cottage rental that is perfect for your family vacation. The amazing location offers your own private beach & dock on a small bay on Lake Dunmore with mountain views from deck. The bay located in a no wake zone of the lake which is nice for smaller children. The beach has a gradual sloping entry to the water. The beach also has a nice fire pit for those evening s'mores and evening gatherings. There is some sand along the beach but the deeper water does have some muck and seaweed.

Equipped with 3 bedrooms that can sleep up to 7 with 1 queen bed, 2 full beds, and 1 twin bed. Full kitchen with everything you need prepare a meal. The kitchen does offer a dishwasher. No washer on site but there is a Laundromat across the street.

80 feet of private beach with dock. Wraparound deck with gas grill & spectacular views of Mount Moosalamoo. Heated with electric heat, individual zones in each room.

Walking distance to Kampersville store & ice cream/pizzeria. Located 8 miles south of Middlebury and 8 miles north of Brandon. Hiking trails nearby. Lake Dunmore is 4 miles long and is ideal for boating, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, sailing, fishing, wakeboarding, tubing, and water skiing. Beautiful location for fall foliage with lots of beautiful mountain drives.

Bring your own boat, and dock it if you want. Ample parking in private driveway. All linens, towels, pillows &; bedding provided.
