Canoe, swing set and lawn games available. Satellite TV, AC in living room and one bedroom, floor fans, phone, Wi-Fi, and outdoor gas grill. Municipal water. Pets allowed through extra arrangements. No smoking.
Nearby: Snack bar and country store w/deli - 5 minutes; restaurant - 7 minutes. Great place for bird watching-eagles, osprey, geese, loons, etc.
Golf courses in area: Basin Harbor - 15 minutes; Middlebury - 25 min; Port Henry, NY - 15 min. and Westport, NY - 25 min. via the Lake Champlain Bridge at Chimney Point.
