The cottage has 1 bedroom, plus a sleeping alcove with two camp beds and a full sized futon in the main living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, pots/pans and dishes. Canoe and rowboat included for your pleasure. Just minutes from Button Bay and Basin Harbor. The Basin Harbor Club has golfing and dining, and Button Bay State Park is a short bike ride away with nature trails and a pool. Middlebury and Vergennes are only 20 minutes away, while Burlington is 30 minutes. Pets allowed with extra refundable security deposit.

Our cottage will be available for WEEKLY rentals only until after Labor Day, and for 3 night minimum daily rentals through mid October. Please check the availability calendar on the right side of the screen.
