Description
Vistas Home at Sunrise is a four-bedroom Killington vacation home for up to eight guests. The three-level layout has four full bathrooms plus a half bath, with an ensuite for every bedroom. Sunrise Trail provides ski-in/ski-out access when it is open, usually January through March.
Top-floor gathering space
The upper level combines an open kitchen with granite counters, dining space and a living room with a gas fireplace. Large windows look across the valley and ski trails. Hardwood floors continue through the home.
Four ensuite bedrooms
Two bedrooms have king beds, one has a queen, and the fourth has a bunk bed. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. A half bathroom serves the shared living areas.
Private and community amenities
The home has a private outdoor hot tub and grill. Sunrise Sports Center, 0.9 miles away, adds indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, steam room, sauna, fitness facilities and seasonal tennis. Bear Mountain Lodge is also 0.9 miles away. Community schedules and trail access are seasonal and may change.

• Sunrise Trail ski-in/ski-out access is available only when the trail is open, usually January through March. No refund is provided if it is closed. • The private hot tub is included on peak ski-season weekends from late December to mid-March. At other times, setup is optional for $195, and use is at the guest's own risk. • Sunrise Sports Center's indoor pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna are generally available from mid-September to late April. The heated outdoor pool runs Memorial Day to mid-September. The outdoor hot tub is generally open year-round from sunrise to sunset, with occasional seasonal cleaning closures. Confirm current hours. • Save door codes and WiFi details before arrival because cell service may be patchy. • The primary renter must be at least 25. A per-person, per-night surcharge may apply if the guest count is understated. • Smart-lock codes appear in the Boarding Pass two hours before check-in. Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee. • Smoking and vaping are prohibited indoors. Outdoor smoking must be at least 75 feet from the building. The indoor-smoking fine is $500. • Guests must e-sign and return the rental agreement. • A front camera faces the driveway and may record continuously. There are no indoor cameras. • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Minut monitors volume levels. • Fireworks are prohibited. Pets are not allowed and may lead to eviction. • Use of the bunk-bed ladder is at the guest's risk. • Weather refunds are not offered. Travel insurance, all-wheel drive and winter tires are recommended.
