Description
Trailside Village 4 is a three-bedroom, two-bath condo for up to eight guests on Killington's Great Eastern Trail. Ski-in/ski-out access is available when the trail is open, usually January through March depending on weather.
Sleeping setup

Close to the trail
Great Eastern Trail is outside when conditions allow. Bear Mountain Lodge is 1.4 miles away and Skyeship Base is 1.7 miles away. A paid private shuttle to the lifts or town can be arranged.

The minimum rental age is 25. Pets are allowed with a non-refundable fee per dog. Hot-tub use is included on peak ski weekends from late December to mid-March; an optional $195 setup fee applies at other times.

Over-occupancy may result in eviction and fines. • Pets are allowed with a non-refundable fee per dog. Remove shoes inside. No parties, events or fireworks. • No indoor smoking or vaping. Outdoor use is allowed; the indoor-smoking fine is $750. • Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. Minut measures volume, not conversations. • E-sign the rental agreement. The smart-lock code appears two hours before check-in; guaranteed early or late access may cost extra. • Exterior cameras may record continuously; none are in living areas. • Hot tub is included on peak ski weekends from late December to mid-March; optional setup is $195 otherwise. • Use of the bunk-bed ladder is at the guest's risk. • No weather refunds. Travel insurance, all-wheel drive and winter tires are recommended.
