Description
Trailside Village 1 is a one-bedroom, one-bath condo for up to four guests beside Killington's Great Eastern Trail. It provides ski-in/ski-out access when the trail is open, usually January through March depending on snow.
Inside the condo
The bedroom has a king bed. Two sofa beds are in the living room, though maximum occupancy remains four. A wood-burning stove comes with firewood, and a smart TV and high-speed WiFi cover evenings at home. The full kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware and dining essentials.
Hot tub, sauna and deck
A private outdoor hot tub sits on the mountain-view deck, where there is also a BBQ grill. The condo has a private cedar sauna and a spacious full bathroom. Washer and dryer, a mudroom and dedicated ski storage add practical space.
Great Eastern access
The Great Eastern Trail is outside the door when conditions allow. Bear Mountain Lodge is 1.4 miles away, Skyeship Base is 1.7 miles away and Snowshed Base is 3.5 miles away.
Booking notes
The primary renter must be at least 25. Pets are allowed with a non-refundable fee per dog. Hot-tub use is included on peak ski weekends from late December to mid-March; an optional $195 setup fee applies at other times.

• Ski access requires an open Great Eastern Trail, usually January to March, and depends on weather. No cancellations for weather or lack of snow. • Minimum rental age is 25. Over-occupancy may result in eviction and fines. • Pets are allowed with a non-refundable fee per dog. Remove shoes inside. No parties, events or fireworks. • No indoor smoking or vaping. Outdoor use is allowed; the indoor-smoking fine is $750. • Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. Minut measures volume, not conversations. • E-sign the rental agreement. The smart-lock code appears two hours before check-in; guaranteed early or late access may cost extra. • Exterior cameras may record continuously; none are in living areas. • Hot tub is included on peak ski weekends from late December to mid-March; optional setup is $195 otherwise. • No weather refunds. Travel insurance, all-wheel drive and winter tires are recommended.
