Trailside Escape at Sunrise Village is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom Killington condo for six. The Sundog Trail is 10 steps away when the Sunrise trail system is open, typically January through March depending on snow conditions.
The primary bedroom has a king log bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a full bed, twin bed and twin trundle. A queen sleeper sofa provides another sleeping option in the living room.
The full kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances, cookware, spices and a coffee maker. A wood-burning fireplace with supplied firewood anchors the living area, along with a smart TV, games and books. The condo also has WiFi, an in-unit washer and dryer, a mudroom and a private balcony facing the forest.

- Ski-in/ski-out access is available only when the Sunrise trail is open, usually January through March and dependent on snow. Confirm conditions before arrival. Refunds are not offered if the trail is closed. - Sunrise Sports Center hours and seasonal facilities can change. Indoor facilities are generally available from mid-September through late April, the heated outdoor pool from Memorial Day through mid-September, and the outdoor hot tub year-round with possible cleaning closures. - Cell service may be patchy. Save the smart-lock code and WiFi details before arriving. - Enter the correct guest count. A per-person, per-night fee may apply. - The minimum rental age is 25. - The smart-lock code appears in the Boarding Pass two hours before check-in. - Smoking and e-cigarettes are prohibited indoors. Outdoor smoking must be at least 75 feet from the building. The indoor-smoking fine is $500. - Guests must e-sign the rental agreement. - A camera at the front faces the entryway and is capable of continuous recording. There are no indoor cameras. - Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Minut measures volume levels. - Fireworks are prohibited. - Weather-related refunds are not offered. Travel insurance is recommended. All-wheel drive and winter tires are recommended in winter.
