The Swirl Suite 142: 1BR Killington Condo with Balcony

The Swirl Suite 142 is a one-bedroom, two-bath Killington condo for up to six guests. The private bedroom has two queen beds, while the main studio has a queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace and smart TV. A full kitchen, private balcony and seasonal pool round out the setup.

Two connected living spaces
The main room has a sofa bed beside the gas fireplace and smart TV. The open kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, an island and dining table. The private balcony has seating and an electric grill for warm-weather meals. High-speed internet, voice assistants, air conditioning and central heat are included.

Sleeping and bathrooms
The bedroom has two queen beds, a smart TV and an ensuite bathroom with heated floors and a multi-jet shower. The second full bathroom serves the main studio. A washer and dryer are shared in the entryway.

Pool, bus and nearby stops
The shared heated saltwater pool is open from 8 AM to 8 PM, Memorial Day through mid-September. The resort bus runs hourly from the main road across from the condo complex. Snowshed Base is 2.9 miles away, Pico Mountain is 3.2 miles away and K1 Base is 3.6 miles away. The Foundry at Summit Pond is 0.4 miles away. The Garlic, Sushi Yoshi and Pickle Barrel are each 0.9 miles away.

Important water notice
The building uses a regulated well-water system. Under the current posted notice, guests must use bottled water for drinking, cooking and any other consumption. Complimentary bottled water is provided. Tap water may be used for showering, washing and other non-consumption purposes.
