Description
Sunrise Timberline L8 is a three-bedroom, two-bath condo for six guests at Sunrise Mountain Village. It sleeps everyone in real beds and provides seasonal ski-in/ski-out access when the Sunrise lift and trail are open. The building is a short walk from the trail.
Main-level gathering space
The ground-floor entry opens into a practical mudroom. Beyond it, the living room, dining area and kitchen share one open space. A wood-burning fireplace comes with free firewood, the sectional faces a smart TV and the dining table seats six. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator and freezer, four-burner range, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers.
Three bedrooms
The main-floor queen bedroom sits beside a full bathroom with a tub and shower. Upstairs, a second queen room has a skylight and wooded outlook. The king bedroom has a smart TV and balcony with views across the mountain and village. Another full tub-and-shower bathroom serves the upper floor. The sofa and window nook are for lounging, not sleeping.
Sports Center access
The Sunrise Sports Center is 0.9 miles away. Indoor pool, indoor hot tub, steam room and sauna access runs from mid-September to late April. The heated outdoor pool runs from Memorial Day to mid-September, and the outdoor hot tub is generally open year-round from sunrise to sunset, with cleaning closures. Hours change seasonally, so confirm before booking.
Good to know
The condo has WiFi, washer and dryer, baseboard heat and no air conditioning. Cell service can be spotty, so save access information and directions in advance.

• Ski-in/ski-out access applies only when the Sunrise lift and trail are open, usually January through March and snow-dependent. No refund is given if they are closed. • The minimum rental age is 25. Pets are not allowed; bringing one may result in eviction. • Enter the correct guest count; a per-person nightly surcharge may apply. • Smoke or vape only outside, at least 75 feet from the building. The indoor-smoking fine is $500. • Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. Minut may measure volume without recording conversations. Fireworks are prohibited. • Guests must e-sign the rental agreement. Smart-lock codes appear in the Boarding Pass two hours before check-in. Guaranteed early or late access may cost extra. • A camera faces the front entry and may record continuously. There are no indoor cameras. • Weather refunds are not offered. Travel insurance, all-wheel drive and winter tires are recommended.
