Description
Sunrise Timberline L6 is a three-bedroom, two-bath condo for up to eight guests at Sunrise Mountain Village. When the Sunrise trail is open, usually January through March depending on snow, the condo provides ski-in/ski-out access to Killington Resort.
Sleeping layout
One bedroom has a king bed, and another has a queen. The third is arranged with a bunk bed, trundle and daybed; the live room details record a bunk plus two twin beds. After a day outside, the living room fireplace provides a comfortable place to gather.
Kitchen and balcony
The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and cooking basics. WiFi, cable TV, washer and dryer are included. The balcony has outdoor seating and mountain views.
Sunrise Sports Center
The amenity center is 0.9 miles away. Its indoor pool, indoor hot tub, steam room and sauna operate from mid-September to late April. A heated outdoor pool runs from Memorial Day to mid-September, and the outdoor hot tub is generally open year-round from sunrise to sunset, with occasional cleaning closures. Seasonal tennis, trails, cross-country skiing, fitness facilities and dining are also available. Hours can change, so confirm before booking.

Bear Mountain Lodge is 0.9 miles away and Skyeship Base is 3.3 miles away. Cell service can be patchy, so save entry codes, directions and WiFi details before arrival.

• Ski-in/ski-out access applies only when the Sunrise trail is open, usually January through March and snow-dependent. No refund is given if it is closed. • The minimum rental age is 25. Pets are not allowed; bringing one may result in eviction. • Enter the correct guest count; a per-person nightly surcharge may apply. • Smoke or vape only outside, at least 75 feet from the building. The indoor-smoking fine is $500. • Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. Minut may measure volume without recording conversations. Fireworks are prohibited. • Guests must e-sign the rental agreement. Smart-lock codes appear in the Boarding Pass two hours before check-in. Guaranteed early or late access may cost extra. • A camera faces the front entry and may record continuously. There are no indoor cameras. • Use of the bunk-bed ladder is at the guest's risk. • Weather refunds are not offered. Travel insurance, all-wheel drive and winter tires are recommended.
