Summit View at Pico D-306 is a 900-square-foot, one-bedroom condo for up to four guests at the base of Pico Mountain. The fourth-floor setting looks toward the slopes, and Killington Resort is about a 10-minute drive away.
Room to settle in
The bedroom has a queen bed and opens directly to the balcony. A sofa bed in the living room sleeps two more guests. The bathroom has a combination tub and shower. After a day outside, gather by the fireplace or watch cable TV. WiFi is included.
Kitchen and balcony
The full kitchen has a breakfast bar, refrigerator, range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, air fryer, toaster and cooking basics. The private balcony adds outdoor seating and a clear view of Pico Mountain. An elevator serves the building, and ski storage is available.
At Pico Mountain
EV chargers are available on site. The Pico Sports Center is in the same complex and offers day passes for its pool and gym. Pico Mountain is at the complex, while Snowshed Base is 6.3 miles away and K1 Base is 7.0 miles away. Kent Pond is 2.8 miles from the condo, and Gifford Woods State Park is 3.0 miles away.
