The fine for an unauthorized pet is $450. • Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the property, including balconies and decks. Outdoor smoking must take place at least 75 feet from the building. • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. • Smart-lock entry is contactless. Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee. • Guests must sign and return the rental agreement. • Community laundry is available, but there is no washer or dryer inside the condo. • Winter maintenance may enter to clear decks and patios under HOA rules. • Well water has high mineral content; bring bottled water if you dislike the taste. • Weather-related refunds are not offered.
