Built for mountain days
The large, flat parking area leads to a mudroom with commercial boot dryers. A dedicated Level 2 EV charger is mounted outside. Each room has mini-split air conditioning, and a whole-home generator provides backup during outages.
Living and dining
The great room has coffered ceilings and a red enamel gas stove. In the kitchen, quartz counters meet stainless appliances, including a refrigerator, range, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The home also has WiFi, cable TV, washer and dryer.
Sleeping layout
One bedroom has a queen bed and another has a full bed. The kids room has a twin-over-full bunk reached by stairs. A separate flex room has convertible futons and a TV. Blackout shades and premium mattresses are listed among the sleeping details.
Private outdoor space
The six-person hot tub sits on a dedicated patio, and the deck is reserved for Powder Run guests. The driveway and parking area are shared with Peak Hill Home. A separate owner suite in the basement has its own entrance and parking and is isolated from the guest space.
Booking notes
Hot-tub use is included on peak ski weekends from late December to mid-March. For other dates, an optional $95 setup fee applies. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM.
