Peak Hill Home is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom Pittsfield vacation rental for six near the Killington town line. Pico Mountain is 6 miles away, Snowshed is 7.8 miles away, and Green Mountain National Golf Course is 2.8 miles from the house.
The main level has a mudroom, two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a washer and dryer. Upstairs, a vaulted living room with skylights shares an open layout with the kitchen. A gas wood stove and smart TV sit in the living area, with the third bedroom and second bathroom nearby. One bedroom has a queen bed; the other two have twin-over-full bunks.
Outside, there is a large deck, hot tub, fire pit, seating and room for games in a wooded setting. A storage shed holds skis and snowboards, and the mudroom has a boot dryer. Parking is flat.
The hot tub is included on peak ski-season weekends from late December through mid-March. At other times, setup is optional for $95. The primary renter must be 25 or older. Pets and smoking are not allowed, and quiet hours run from 10 PM to 8 AM.
