• Great Eastern ski-in/ski-out access is available only when the trail is open, typically January through March. Trail and weather conditions do not qualify for cancellation. • Guests must e-sign and return the rental agreement. • The hot tub is included on peak ski-season weekends from late December to mid-March. At other times, setup is optional for $195, and use is at the guest's own risk. • Do not exceed the agreed occupancy. Over-occupancy may result in immediate eviction and fines. • The primary renter must be at least 25, and shoes must be removed indoors. • Smart-lock codes appear in the Boarding Pass two hours before check-in. Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee. • Smoking and e-cigarettes are prohibited indoors. Outdoor smoking is permitted. The indoor-smoking fine is $750. • Exterior cameras may record continuously. There are no cameras in living areas. • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Minut may monitor noise levels. • Fireworks, parties and events are not allowed. • Up to two pets are accepted with a non-refundable per-dog fee; the amount is not stated. • Weather refunds are not offered.
