The Mountainside House is a 10,000-square-foot Killington vacation home with five bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and room for up to sixteen guests. It sits on High Ridge Ski Trail and offers ski-home access when trail conditions allow, plus a private lift shuttle during ski season.
Suites and shared spaces
Four bedrooms are ensuite. A fifth bedroom has semi-private bathroom access, and the office has a full sleeper sofa and another semi-private bathroom. The great room has a wood-burning fireplace and mountain views. Eight flat-panel HDTVs and high-speed WiFi cover the bedrooms, living areas and game room.
Meals, games and recovery
The full kitchen has high-end appliances, cookware and a gas-connected grill. A pool table and foosball table fill the game room. The property also lists a hot tub and sauna, along with a private deck and a dedicated washer and dryer wing.
Ski-day logistics
Starting with Christmas Week reservations, the private shuttle makes three morning trips from the house to the lifts and two afternoon returns. Guests may also ski back on High Ridge Trail. Snowshed Base is 1.3 miles away. Air conditioning is limited to the primary bedroom; fans are available elsewhere.

• Ski-home access on High Ridge Trail depends on snow, trail and weather conditions. • The private shuttle runs three morning lift trips and two afternoon return trips on ski days, beginning with Christmas Week reservations. • The hot tub is included on peak ski-season weekends from late December to mid-March. At other times, setup is optional for $195, and use is at the guest's own risk. • Do not exceed the agreed occupancy. Over-occupancy may result in immediate eviction and fines. • The primary renter must be at least 25, and shoes must be removed indoors. • Guests must e-sign and return the rental agreement. • Smart-lock codes appear in the Boarding Pass two hours before check-in. Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee. • Smoking and e-cigarettes are prohibited indoors. Outdoor smoking is permitted. The indoor-smoking fine is $750. • Exterior cameras may record continuously. There are no cameras in living areas. • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Minut may monitor noise levels. • Fireworks are prohibited. • Parties and events require advance contact and payment of an event fee. • Up to two pets are accepted with a non-refundable per-dog fee. • Weather refunds are not offered. Travel insurance, all-wheel drive and winter tires are recommended.
