- Buildings 1 and 2 are scheduled for exterior construction from May through December 2026. This unit's building is not part of the project, but daytime noise is possible. - Building 3's indoor pool, hot tubs, saunas and steam room are open daily from 9 AM to 9 PM; the fitness center is open 24 hours. Key cards are required. Shared outdoor summer amenities are open from 9 AM to 10 PM between Memorial Day and mid-September, with key cards required. - The source describes a free shuttle every 15 minutes outside the condo in winter, but gives conflicting end dates of mid-March and Easter. Confirm the current schedule before relying on it. - Tesla destination chargers are in the upper Snowshed parking lot. Non-Tesla vehicles need a J1772 adapter, and overnight parking is not allowed there. - Smart-lock codes provide contactless arrival. Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for an added charge when the calendar allows. - Smoking and vaping are not allowed in the condo, on balconies or on decks. Smoke only at least 75 feet from the building and dispose of all butts properly. - Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Parties, events and large groups are not allowed. - Guests must be over 25 unless staying as part of a family. - Pets are not allowed. The fine for an unauthorized pet is $450. - Guests must sign and return the written rental agreement. - A community laundry room is available in each building. The condo does not have its own washer or dryer. - Building maintenance may enter to clear snow from decks or patios in winter as required by the homeowners association. - Killington well water has a high mineral content. Guests who dislike its taste should bring bottled water. - Weather-related refunds are not offered. Travel insurance is recommended. All-wheel drive and winter tires are recommended in winter.
