The heated outdoor saltwater pool, grills and fire pit operate from 9 AM to 10 PM between Memorial Day and mid-September. Laundry is shared in the building rather than inside the condo.
Resort location
Snowshed is about a seven-minute walk, and a seasonal shuttle stops outside the condo every 15 minutes when running. K1 Base is 0.9 miles away, while Pico Mountain is 6 miles away. Killington Distillery and Killington Golf Course are each 0.1 miles away.
2026 construction notice
Siding, window and door replacement on Buildings 1 and 2 continues through December 2026. Expect scaffolding and daytime work noise. Patio access may be unavailable, and rates have been adjusted accordingly.

Parties, large groups and events are not allowed. • Pets are not allowed. The fine for an unauthorized pet is $450. • Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the property, including patios. Outdoor smoking must take place at least 75 feet from the building. • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. • Smart-lock entry is contactless. Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee. • Guests must sign and return the rental agreement. • Community laundry is available, but there is no washer or dryer inside the condo. • Winter maintenance may enter to clear decks and patios under HOA rules. • Well water has high mineral content; bring bottled water if you dislike the taste. • Weather-related refunds are not offered. Travel insurance, all-wheel drive and winter tires are recommended. • Mountain Green amenities require the key cards kept in the condo.
