Description
Lodges A302 is a three-bedroom, three-bath Killington condo for up to eight guests in the Aspens building at Sunrise Village. When the Sunrise Sundog trail is open, guests can ski in and out near the Sunrise Triple. Trail access depends on snow and weather conditions.
An open room for the whole group
Large windows face the mountain from the living area, which has a gas fireplace and space to sit together. The kitchen has granite counters, hardwood cabinetry and modern appliances. A large dining table handles group meals, and the private deck provides outdoor seating. High-speed WiFi, Smart TVs and an in-unit washer and dryer are included.
Three bedrooms and three bathrooms
The primary suite has a king bed, Smart TV, desk and en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. The second suite also has a king bed, Smart TV and its own bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin bunk beds and access to a bathroom that also opens to the living room.
Sunrise Sports Center
The amenity center is 0.1 miles away. Depending on the season and operating schedule, guests can use indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, fitness center and tennis courts. The outdoor hot tub is generally open year-round from sunrise to sunset, with occasional cleaning closures. The Sunrise Bar and Grill operates during peak ski season.
Mountain access
Bear Mountain Lodge is 0.5 miles away, Skyeship Base is 3 miles away and Snowshed Base is 5 miles away. Sunrise Trail is typically open from January through March, but guests should confirm conditions before booking.

• Ski-in/ski-out access works only when the Sunrise Sundog trail is open. Snow and weather conditions may limit access, and reservations cannot be canceled because of weather or lack of snow. • Do not exceed the agreed occupancy. Over-occupancy may result in immediate eviction and fines. • The primary renter must be at least 25. • Remove shoes inside the condo. • Smart-lock codes appear in the Boarding Pass two hours before check-in. Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee. • Smoking and e-cigarettes are prohibited indoors. The fine for smoking inside is $750. • Exterior cameras may record at all times. There are no cameras in living areas. • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Minut may measure noise levels. • Fireworks, parties and events are not allowed. • Pets are not allowed. • Guests must e-sign and return the rental agreement. • Weather-related refunds are not offered. Travel insurance is recommended, along with all-wheel drive and winter tires. • Sports Center schedules may change. Confirm current hours before booking.
