Lakewood Lodge: 4BR Killington Home with Pond Access

Lakewood Lodge is a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath Killington vacation home for up to eight guests. The wooded, multi-level property has several places to gather, a seven-person hot tub and access to Kent Pond by a marked 300-foot path.

Gather around the fireplace
The main living room centers on a fieldstone wood-burning fireplace, with firewood supplied. A full kitchen with stainless appliances opens to a live-edge dining table. Smart TVs and WiFi are available throughout the home.

Deck, hot tub and garage
The deck has a gas grill, and the hot tub sits on a bluestone patio. A two-car garage provides ski storage and a 240V outlet for EV charging. The mudroom has room for boots and winter layers. The house has no air conditioning; screened windows and doors provide summer ventilation.

Sleeping layout
The primary bedroom has a king bed and a separate sitting room with a queen pullout sofa. A second bedroom has a queen bed. The third and fourth bedrooms each have two Twin XL beds. Another queen sofa bed is in the living area, but maximum occupancy is eight.

Kent Pond and the mountains
Guests can launch their own kayaks or paddleboards or fish from the private pond access. Gifford Woods State Park is 0.4 miles away and the public Kent Pond boat ramp is 0.7 mile away. Pico Mountain is 3.1 miles away, while Snowshed Base is 4.9 miles away.

Before you book
The primary renter must be at least 25. Pets are considered. The hot tub is included on peak ski-season weekends from late December through mid-March; an optional $195 setup fee applies at other times.
