Outdoor use is allowed with proper disposal of cigarette butts. • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Minut may measure volume levels without recording conversations. • A camera is located in the condo entryway, outside the living areas. • Smart-lock codes appear in the Boarding Pass two hours before check-in. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee. • Guests must sign and return the written rental agreement. • The shared pool is open 8 AM to 8 PM from Memorial Day to mid-September. • Use complimentary bottled water for drinking, cooking and consumption. Tap water may be used for bathing and washing under the building's current radium and manganese notice. • Weather refunds are not offered. Travel insurance, all-wheel drive and winter tires are recommended.
