Description
Killington Center 131 is a hotel-style studio condo for up to four guests. It has two queen beds, one bathroom, air conditioning and a simple setup for short Killington stays. The resort bus runs hourly from the main road across from the complex.
Inside the studio
Two queen beds share the open room with a smart TV, desk and WiFi. The ensuite bathroom has a tub and shower combination. A mini fridge, microwave and Keurig handle drinks, snacks and light meals, but this unit does not have a full kitchen. Heat and air conditioning provide year-round climate control.
Summer pool access
Guests may use the shared heated saltwater pool from Memorial Day through mid-September. Pool hours are 8 AM to 8 PM. Parking is included, and smart-lock entry supports contactless self check-in.
Getting around Killington
The hourly resort bus stops on the main road across from the condo complex. Snowshed Base is 2.9 miles away, Pico Mountain is 3.2 miles away and K1 Base is 3.6 miles away. The Foundry at Summit Pond is 0.4 miles away, iPie Pizzeria is 0.5 miles away and Back Country Cafe is at the complex. Kent Pond Boat Ramp is 1.6 miles away, and Gifford Woods State Park is 1.8 miles away.
Important water notice
The building uses a regulated well-water system. Under the current posted notice, guests must use bottled water for drinking, cooking and any other consumption. Complimentary bottled water is provided. Tap water may be used for showering, washing and other non-consumption purposes.

• This is a non-smoking and non-vaping property. Smoking or vaping is permitted outdoors with proper disposal of cigarette butts. • Pets are not allowed. The fine for an unauthorized pet is $450. • Smart-lock codes appear in the Boarding Pass two hours before check-in. Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee when the calendar allows. • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Minut technology may measure sound levels. • A camera is located in the condo entryway and does not view the living areas. • Guests must sign and return the written rental agreement. • The shared outdoor pool is open from 8 AM to 8 PM, Memorial Day through mid-September. • Bottled water must be used for drinking, cooking and all consumption-related purposes under the building's current water notice. Complimentary bottled water is provided. Tap water may be used for showering and washing. • Weather-related refunds are not guaranteed. Travel insurance is recommended, along with all-wheel drive and winter tires in winter.
