Fun In Fun Out Upper: 3BR Killington Duplex

Fun In Fun Out Upper is the upper side of a three-bedroom Killington duplex for up to eight guests. The unit has two bathrooms, a private entrance and two decks. The lower side may be occupied separately, but the units share no indoor common space or air systems.

Meals and evenings together
The full kitchen and dining area make it easy to eat at home before or after a day on the mountain. In the living room, a gas fireplace and smart TV set up a comfortable spot for the group to unwind. The unit also has a dedicated workspace and cable service.

Sleeping layout
One bedroom has a queen bed. A second bedroom has two full beds, and the third has a twin-over-full bunk bed. The two full bathrooms keep mornings moving for a group of eight.

Two decks plus a private hot tub and sauna
Both decks give you room to step outside without leaving the unit. The private hot tub and sauna are ready after skiing or hiking. The wooded outdoor area has a shared fire pit, seating and space for games. Guests share the storage shed with the lower unit for bikes in warmer months and ski or snowboard gear in winter. A boot dryer is provided in the mudroom. The parking area is flat, with access by a town-maintained road.

Close to the mountain and Killington Road
Killington's Snowshed base is 2.2 miles away, K1 is 2.8 miles away, and Pico Mountain is 4.5 miles away. Bear Mountain is 6.1 miles away and Skyeship is 7.3 miles away. Casey's Caboose is 0.3 mile away, Liquid Art is 0.4 mile away, and several more restaurants and nightlife stops are within 0.6 mile.

Important booking details
The primary renter must be 25 or older, and pets are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. The hot tub is included on peak ski-season weekends from late December through mid-March. Outside that period, guests may request setup for $95.
