Fun In Fun Out Lower: 3BR Killington Duplex

Fun In Fun Out Lower is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom Killington vacation rental for up to eight guests. It occupies the lower level of a duplex at 306 Dean Hill Road and has its own entrance. The upper unit may be rented separately, but the two units share no indoor common space or air systems.

A living room built for downtime
The main living room has a gas fireplace, smart TV, sofas and lounge chairs. Just beyond it is an open kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, an island and a dining area. A separate den adds another place to relax and has a futon for extra sleeping space.

Where everyone sleeps
The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second has one full bed, and the third has a twin-over-full bunk bed. Two bathrooms serve the unit, including one ensuite bathroom.

Hot tub, sauna and useful ski storage
The unit has a private hot tub and sauna. A mudroom with a boot dryer gives wet gear a place to dry, while the storage shed holds bikes in warmer months and skis or snowboards in winter. The outdoor area and shed are shared with the upper unit. Guests also have a deck, a grill, a fire pit and outdoor seating in a wooded setting. Parking is flat and the road is town maintained.

Snowshed is 2.2 miles away, K1 is 2.8 miles away, Pico Mountain is 4.5 miles away, Bear Mountain is 6.1 miles away, and Skyeship is 7.3 miles away. Casey's Caboose is 0.3 mile from the property. Liquid Art is 0.4 mile away, while Sushi Yoshi, The Garlic and Pickle Barrel are each 0.5 mile away.

Before you book
The primary renter must be at least 25. Pets are not allowed. Strict quiet hours run from 10 PM to 8 AM. The hot tub is included on peak ski-season weekends from late December through mid-March. At other times, an optional $95 setup fee applies.
