Fun In Fun Out combines both sides of a six-bedroom Killington duplex for groups of up to 16. The two units have separate entrances, kitchens and living rooms, with no shared indoor space or air systems. Booking this option gives your group exclusive use of the full property.
Two complete living spaces
Each side has its own gas fireplace, smart TV and open kitchen. The lower unit has granite counters, stainless appliances, an island and a dining area. It also has a separate den with a futon. With two kitchens and two living rooms, several families can keep different meal and bedtime schedules without crowding into one room.
Where everyone sleeps
The upper unit has a queen bedroom, a bedroom with two full beds and a bunk room. The lower unit has a queen bedroom, a full bedroom and a bunk room, plus the futon in the den. Four full bathrooms serve the duplex.
Hot tubs, saunas and outdoor space
Both units have a sauna and a private hot tub. The upper side also has two decks. Outside, there is a fire pit, seating area and room for outdoor games in a wooded setting. A storage shed holds bikes during warmer months and skis or snowboards in winter. The flat parking area is reached by a town-maintained road, and the mudrooms have boot dryers.
The hot tubs are included on peak ski-season weekends from late December through mid-March. At other times, each hot tub has an optional $95 setup fee.
Walk to Killington Road
Casey's Caboose is 0.3 mile away. Liquid Art is 0.4 mile away, while Sushi Yoshi, The Garlic and Pickle Barrel are each 0.5 mile from the property. Snowshed is 2.2 miles away, K1 is 2.8 miles away, and Pico Mountain is 4.5 miles away.

The primary renter must be at least 25. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is permitted only 75 feet or more from the property. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM. Exterior cameras face the driveway; there are no cameras indoors. Guests use the hot tubs, saunas and bunk ladders at their own risk.
