A classic farmhouse layout
Exposed beams and wood floors give the house its farmhouse character. The living room has comfortable seating, WiFi and a smart TV. A separate dining room gives everyone a place to sit down together, while the sunroom is a quieter spot for coffee or a book.
The kitchen is stocked for regular meals with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware and tableware. The house also has a washer and dryer, central heat and a dedicated workspace.
Four bedrooms
The upstairs bedroom has a king bed and a twin. The other bedrooms have a queen, a full bed and a twin. Two full bathrooms serve the house.
A fenced yard
The yard is fully fenced, which is useful for children and for dogs that have been approved for the stay. Dogs are considered with a pet fee. The exact fee is provided during booking.
Reservoir, skiing and Rutland
Chittenden Reservoir is close enough for an easy day of kayaking, paddling or fishing. Nearby trails support hiking, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing. Pico Mountain is 8 miles from the farmhouse. Killington's K1 and Skyeship bases are each 15 miles away.
