Chalet 91 is a renovated four-bedroom Killington vacation home with more than 4,000 square feet and room for 14 guests. Snowshed is 2.4 miles away, K1 is 3.1 miles away, and Pico Mountain is 3.8 miles from the house. The shuttle stop is within walking distance.
Gathering spaces
The kitchen and dining area share a large open room made for group meals. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, wall oven, microwave and an island with seating. Doors lead directly to the deck, so it is easy to grill or sit outside without carrying everything through the house.
A separate living room has an oversized sectional, gas fireplace, smart TV and pool table. Sliding doors open to the deck and hot tub. One upstairs loft has a desk and printer for anyone who needs a quiet place to work.
Sleeping arrangements
The primary suite has a king bed, sitting area, TV, walk-in closet and bathroom with a slate rain shower. Two bedrooms each have a queen bed and twin-over-twin bunk. The fourth bedroom is a loft with two queen beds, two full beds and a sleeper sofa. The house has three full bathrooms and one half bath.
Hot tub, sauna and mountain views
The large front deck looks toward Killington Mountain and a pond. It has outdoor seating, a grill and the hot tub. A cedar sauna gives the group another place to warm up after skiing. The mudroom has ski racks, cubbies and boot dryers, which helps keep winter gear organized.
Hot-tub use is included on peak ski-season weekends from late December through mid-March. At other times, the hot tub can be prepared for a $195 setup fee.

The primary renter must be at least 25. Smoking is not allowed indoors, quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM, and fireworks are prohibited. One exterior camera records the driveway; there are no cameras in living areas. The owners have a separate lower-level apartment that may be occupied during a stay. It has no shared access to guest areas.
