Birch Tree Lodge: 6BR Killington Road Home

The Birch Tree Lodge is a six-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom Killington vacation rental for up to 16 guests. Every bedroom is upstairs with its own full bathroom, while the gathering rooms are downstairs.

The first floor has an oversized kitchen, long dining table, two TV rooms and a separate stone fireplace lounge with an electric fireplace. One TV room has sectional seating; the other doubles as the game room. A half bathroom is located off the kitchen.

Four bedrooms have king beds, including one with an additional twin daybed. Another bedroom has a single bed and twin bunk, and the sixth has two queen beds. Each bedroom has a window air-conditioning unit, and several have ceiling fans.

The lodge has 250+ Mbps WiFi, reliable cell service, a washer and dryer, propane grill and parking for up to 50 vehicles. A year-round mountain shuttle stops directly out front, and restaurants and nightlife are within walking distance.

Guests rent the full lodge. It connects to Yama Ramen and Killington Haus lodge, but each business has its own space. All bedrooms require going upstairs. The primary renter must be at least 25, and pets, smoking, vaping, parties and events are not allowed.
