Family-owned cozy, idyllic riverfront cottage in southeastern VT, just off Rt. 30 with easy accessibility year-round. 2 hours from Hartford and 3 hours from Boston. Waterfront Hot Tub outside your door! Quiet swimming area with beach, deep and shallow water for swimming, breathtaking river views and tranquility... beach chairs and campfire. For skiers, 30 minutes from Stratton Mountain and 20 minutes from Mount Snow.
Cottage decorated w antiques & collectibles, completely equipped with your every need, including linens and  appliances including 2 refrigerators, Drip and Keurig Coffee Makers, and spices and condiments. Living room with fireplace, couch and massage chair!, walks out to the river deck and four person waterfront hot tub, and a new fire pit looking down at the river! Kitchen/dining area, bath with shower, one bedroom loft with queen-size bed, and outdoor patios with lounge and dining furniture and 3 grills, propane and charcoal. Includes oil heat, firewood for fireplace, electricity, trash and snow removal--but some shoveling lol. 
Landline, Roku tv, wifi, and a sound system indoor/outdoor. Well-behaved pets are welcomed.
Nestled in the placid West River Valley, featuring excellent accessibility to Brattleboro to the south, ski areas to the west (Mount Snow), north (Stratton Mountain), and surrounded by recreational and tourist activities, as well as Arts and Music.
