Two beautiful, private, spacious cabins in wooded area steps from lovely Lake Iroquois. Great for intergenerational families. Maximum number of guests is 8. Weekly rental of $2,500 includes large cottage and studio cabin. Saturday to Saturday rental.  Large cabin has 4 BR + additional sleeping alcove, 1.5 bathrooms, stand alone walk-in shower, washer, dryer, dishwasher, large deck. Small cabin is a large studio with bathroom, kitchenette, large deck. Heat pumps in both cabins provide heat and AC. High speed Internet. Everything provided, including linens if requested (but must be washed before renters depart). Canoe, lifejackets, rowboat, kayaks, sunfish sailboat if launched, huge dock, large fire pit. Hiking, fishing. Great swimming with sandy bottom for kids. Lake views from every window. Open kitchen/dining area. 20 minutes from Burlington. Less than one hour from Stowe (Mt. Mansfield and Von Trapp Family Lodge), Middlebury, Camel's Hump, Ben and Jerry's, Shelburne Farms and Museum, Vermont Teddy Bear Factory. Private. Great for late spring, summer, and leaf-peeping season. Sorry - no pets. Cottages are closed for the winter and reopen in late-May. Dates of availability and rates are subject to change.  Weekly rental for both cottages during June/July/August.  Separate stand alone three-day minimum rental of studio for $155 a night during May/Sept/Oct. All rents subject to 12% Vermont room Tax.  Property has been in same family since 1949. Small cabin originally built as a writer's studio for father, Chad Walsh, who introduced the American public to C.S. Lewis.
