Stairs lead to a private shale beach, with dock, raft, 2 sit on top kayaks and 1 stand up paddleboard. 2 kids kayaks available upon request. Beautifully clear water for swimming, fishing and boating.

You'll love staying at our cottage! Island View has an open floor plan, 2 bedrooms with a queen in one and 2 twins in the other. Altogether, the cottage sleeps four comfortably. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and a screened porch facing the lake. Plenty of windows for those lake breezes, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom with tile shower, washer/dryer, municipal water. Lovely, private outside shower, wifi, Smart TV, outdoor grill and picnic table overlooking spacious lawn, gardens and children's play structure. Fire pit available upon request. Our cottage has a heat pump, keeping you warm in the cool months and cool when it gets hot and steamy. *** For those of you traveling with an EV, we have a level 2 charger available for your overnight use.

Located 2 miles to the center of North Hero where you will find excellent restaurants and the amazing Hero's Welcome General Store, local farmers' markets, galleries and crafts shops. Perfect area for kayaking, biking and just kicking back! 40 min. to Burlington and 60 min. to Montreal and Stowe.
