Caspian Waterfront - Spacious Four Season House

Our Four Season House sits atop a hill with views of Caspian Lake to the south. Enjoy the panorama from giant picture windows overlooking the lake, and from the deck.

The entry leads to an open living room, large dining area and modern kitchen with granite counters and a breakfast bar, constructed in cherry wood from our property. The living room has a cozy wood stove. An office nook uses more of our local cherry. Stairs lead up to the loft, which is perfect for enjoying the view, reading and for overflow sleeping space. The master bedroom has a king size bed and looks out to the lake. A large main bath with separate soaking tub and shower is also on the main floor.

The self-contained main floor may be convenient for guests with limited mobility.

The house is built for year-round comfort and can sleep up to 7 guests. It has radiant heat, energy efficient windows, and generous insulation. Downstairs has a guest bedroom with a double bed, and a rec room with 2 twin beds and a ping pong table. A laundry area adjoins the rec room.

From the downstairs door, there is one-minute access down the path to the sandy beach with a Sunfish sailboat, canoe and sailboards. Golf and tennis are three miles away near the village, which has a general store and library with WiFi.
