The natural beauty of southern Vermont and the interesting and varied recreational opportunities provide added enjoyment to your time with us. We are located in Jacksonville VT, right on the VAST trail. Our large country kitchen is fully equipped for your use. The largest of our four living room areas is bright, airy and open. It is a very versatile room and can be set up for conferences, games or just relaxing. The large wood-burning stove and rustic wooden beams create a warm and comfortable atmosphere. There are 3 additional living room spaces. The dining area is adjacent to the living room. There are two large decks off the living room, both are wonderful places to enjoy the natural beauty of the surrounding hills while relaxing or cooking on the grills.

In the warmer months enjoy hiking, volleyball, game room, relaxing by the pond or by our large campfire pit.

During the winter months there is a game room, awesome sliding, ice skating, snow shoeing and cross-country skiing right in our back yard, with VAST trail access and ample parking for your sled trailer.

We have WiFi, DirecTV, 84" screen, projector, phone, copier, printer, pool table & ping pong, 5 BR w/queen beds + 3 BR w/dbl bunks. 4 bathrooms.
