Rented together, or as separate units, The Overlook's house features a master bedroom suite with master bath, king-sized bed, dressing area, outdoor deck leading to gardens; living room with fireplace with queen-sized sleeper sofa, dining area, another full bath and kitchen.
Connected to house by outdoor deck, the cottage is studio-style with king-sized bed, sitting area, screened-in porch, queen-sized sleeper sofa, bath with shower and refrigerator, microwave. Fully equipped with linens and towels. Together they accommodate 4-8.
Property includes path leading down to the Mad River with private beach. Views of Mad River and Granville Gulf. In Waitsfield VT, 1.7 miles to Sugarbush Access Road, 5 miles to Mad River Glen. 6 miles to Blueberry Lake. Dogs welcomed.
Pricing
Regular Rates, House and Cottage: $400/night; $2500/week; $4000/month.
House only: $250/night; $1500/week; $3000/month.
Cottage only: $100/night; $800/week; $1200/month.
Holidays: $450/night when taken together; House only: $300/night; Cottage only: $150/night.
9% Vermont tax.
