Linens, dishware, utensils, laundry/cleaning supplies included. Furnished upper and lower outdoor decks, gas grill on lower; no steps to entry. Spacious, semi-private grassy lot, ample parking. Non-smoking.
Private small beach area on 280' water frontage. Short walk to uncrowded public beach/picnic area, comfy temperature for swimming! Kayaks & life vests included; go snorkeling,fishing, birdwatching, boating (state boat launch next door - NO JET SKIS), biking, great walking/hiking trails, great ice fishing, horseback trail riding available nearby.
VAST snowmobile trail is right off the driveway. Cross-country ski and snowshoe from the yard! Several major ski areas nearby in NH and VT (Burke, Bretton Woods, Cannon), with Stowe, Jay Peak, Waterville Valley & Wildcat just over an hour's drive. Great place to stay for a get-away!

PRIME SEASON - 2nd week of June to 2nd week of Sept.- $1,400/week, Saturday to Saturday, unless otherwise arranged according to availability.
Christmas, New Year's week, 2nd,3rd,4th weeks of Feb & Memorial Day weekend: Same as Prime Season Rates.
$1,400/week + VT tax $126/week

$180/extra night+ $17 tax
Pet- $80/week when approved by Teresa.

Off-Season:

Extra guests: $120/wk if more than 8 persons, inc. children. ,(prior approval needed, no more than 10).
Pets: Approval required. Kennel, must have current shots; well-groomed/behaved pets only. Owners are responsible for keeping yard clean, bringing furniture covers, and keeping pets under control at all times. $80/wk for 1 pet, $20 for 2nd. Weekends- $40/ pet
