A Cut Above the Rest: 2br, 2bath Bright Roomy Cottage

The cottage has a unique 'Y' shape, a cathedral ceiling great room at the center and two spacious bedroom/bath wings on each side. If you look on Google Earth it shows this nicely (101 Misty Bay Rd, Milton,VT). You'll also see that it's right on the water. The beach is private, 150 feet long and mostly rocky. I have soft feet and like water shoes when swimming, if you own a pair bring them. From the beach the lake bottom slopes gently making easy swimming for young and old alike. The lake bottom is rocky and weed free. There is no dock or mooring. Small boats can be pulled up on the beach and there is a state boat launch 1/4 down the shore for larger boats on a trailer.

Back on land the cottage is on a large 3/4 acre lot bordered by trees, an open flat lawn covers most of the property. The neighboring cottages are partially obscured by the trees along the property lines. I provide two picnic tables, a gas grill, and some lawn furniture. Inside the kitchen is fully equipped, there is a clothes washer, radio, and internet. The great room faces the lake with oversized windows and 4 skylights adding to the open fell of the room. The beds are all queens, one in the south BR and two in the north BR. I provide pillows and blankets. YOU provide linens and towels. Each room has fans if it's hot and gas heaters if it's cool. The water is doubled filtered lake water.It is a non smoking cottage.
