Combined living room/dining room with bay window and French doors leading to a large lakeside deck. Hardwood floors and fireplace. Lovely lake views from three rooms. Well-equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, oven, fridge, microwave, waffle iron, coffee maker), full bath with small washing machine, two spacious bedrooms with queen beds. The cottage is insulated and has an electric wall heater for comfort on chilly mornings or evenings. Sleeps 4. Dock for swimming and boating. There is access to a shared tennis court. Phone and WiFi. Plenty of pillows, blanket and quilts provided, but renters must bring sheets and towels. One-mile easy walk to village of Greensboro, home of The Willey’s Store, library, post office, church, gift shops and art gallery, and weekly Farmers Market. Come and enjoy Greensboro's vibrant and historic summer community with its many cultural events. Attend concerts, plays and lectures several nights a week, or just sit out on the deck admiring the brilliant stars at night. Caspian Lake is one of the cleanest lakes in New England. It has excellent swimming, kayaking, sailing and windsurfing. Golf and tennis are nearby at the Mountain View Country Club for modest fees.
