Great location for swimming, fishing, sailing, canoeing, cycling, walking and hiking or just sitting the porch, relaxing taking in the beautiful views. Kayak and sometimes canoe available. Clay tennis court and marked nature trails nearby for a nice walk(.8 mile). Boat launch 1.5 miles. Close proximity to Middlebury, Burlington, Vergennes and scenic ferry to New York state, plus an Amtrack train to NYC at the Vergennes Station. A variety of excellent area restaurants to choose from.
