Vacation lakeside on Lake Champlain at Flanagan’s Cottages, family-run for over 75 years. Our four charming 1950s-era cottages are nestled together on one private, park-like property spanning several peaceful acres, with 300 feet of private shoreline, sparkling water, and unforgettable sunsets.

Each bright and spacious cottage retains its retro charm but with added amenities including WiFi and AC. Everything you need for a relaxed lakeside stay is here: a comfortable living room, an equipped eat-in kitchen, two bedrooms (one queen and two twin beds), a bathroom with a stall shower,  and beautiful sunset views across Lake Champlain.  Each cottage has its own picnic table and charcoal grill—perfect for easy summer meals. Just bring your own sheets and towels.

Our shale beach waterfront is clear with a gentle slope into the lake, ideal for swimming, fishing, and evening bonfires. Fish right from our dock or take advantage of our boat launch with your own small boat—these waters are well known for excellent fishing and are popular during the annual fishing derby.

Located at Samson’s Point on the Maquam Shore, on a quiet country road, the property offers true peace on the water—yet you’re only 15 minutes from St. Albans for dining, shopping, and essentials.

Bringing a larger boat? St. Albans Bay Marina, just three miles away, accommodates both sail and motorboats and offers slips, docking, and fuel.
