Addison Cottage on Oven Bay

Located in quiet rural area on dead-end road about 5 miles north of Chimney Point Bridge on open lake. Fabulous cycling area with miles of lightly traveled country roads, only 1 mile off the Champlain Bikeway. Hiking only 10 minutes away. Beautiful panoramic view, spectacular sunsets, great fishing, shale beach with firepit, excellent swimming, water depth is gradual with no drop-offs.

One bedroom with double bed, and double sleeper sofa in living room. Lakefront cottage sleeps 4. Air conditioned. Satellite TV. Wifi available. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave. Towels and linens not furnished unless specified. There will be an extra $30 charge if required. Has large deck, private dock, 14 foot aluminum row boat. Easy lake access.
No pets - no exceptions. No smoking in cottage.

For those wishing to bring their own boat, there is a marina nearby that has very reasonable slip rentals. Boats will not be allowed to remain on the dock.
