Pricing
Available for weekly rental on a Saturday to Saturday basis.
$1350/week July - August
$1000/week September - October
All rates subject to 9% Vermont rooms tax.
Also, there is a $250 damage fee, which will be returned. A 50% deposit is required upon booking. A rental agreement with details and terms will be provided in advance of booking.
Well behaved pets are welcome. A pet deposit is required.

We have divided the rentals along this 110-mile long lake, the sixth largest in the nation, into those south of Burlington, and those in and north of Burlington. The "islands" region in the northern part of the lake is accessible by causeway.
