A secluded family owned property on the east shore of South Hero.
This camp, named Broadhearth, has a large living room with wood burning fireplace, four bedrooms, an upstairs sitting room and 1 1/2 baths. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cooking supplies, microwave, coffee pot and toaster. There is a gas stove, a full sized refrigerator and charcoal grill.
The private beach is shared with two other camps on the property and is approximately 100 yards down the camp road. Beach storage is provided and shared withe renters from Spruce Hollow. A small rowboat is provided for use, as well as a boat mooring. The beach is Vermont shale, and allows for swimming from the beach.
The location is less than a five minute drive into South Hero and 25 minutes into Burlington.
