The Cottage on Lake Champlain offers 3 bedrooms and panoramic views on 280' of private Vermont shoreline. Looking due west, you are invited to kayak, swim, fish, and lounge while taking in the best sunsets on the lake. The views of the lake and the Adirondack Mountains are amazing. There are also beautiful sunrises over the meadow where one can enjoy a walk in the morning with their coffee. Featuring decks, firepit, outdoor dining and swimming area, you won't want to go inside!

Amenities of the Cottage are as follows: Air conditioning. 3 bedrooms with all linens, pillows, blankets and towels included. There is a cozy tv room with two very comfortable la-z-boy recliners, smart tv, dvd player and gas fireplace. There is a dining area just off the kitchen along with another dining table in the 32' glassed in sun porch. The well equipped kitchen has an electric stove, microwave, coffee maker and toaster oven. The sun porch room has two couches and several sitting chairs making it a great place to relax and enjoy the sunset. High speed internet is included plus there are board games and cards.

The outside amenities include two decks with tables and chairs. There is a gas grill, fire pit with lawn chairs, a sand beach and a row boat for use. The large lawn is spacious making it a great place for outdoor games and includes a playground. There is ample parking for both vehicles and boat trailers.

There is a nearby boat launch at a camp ground (a small fee required) making it very convenient to get out on the water. The towns of St. Albans and Swanton are only 10 minutes away allowing easy access to grocery stores, gas, shopping, restaurants, movie theater and more. Also a golf course, gyms and a community pool at Hard'Ack recreational area are nearby.
